Essential Oils A special blend of essential oils aids in appetite stimulation. Antibacterial properties naturally occurring in our blend of essential oils helps support gut health.
Butyric Acid Provides energy for the Rumen wall development and thickening, and formation of rumen papillae. It increases feed efficiency and can aid in lowering treatment costs.
MOS Contributes to maintaining an optimal intestinal environment leading to maximum nutrient utilization and healthy growth.
Yeast Produces B-vitamins, proteins, and other essential nutrients that promote increased growth of the beneficial intestinal microbes and bacteria in the gut. Yeast may also stimulate rumen microbes, as it uses up oxygen in the rumen. This improves fiber digestion, which stimulates feed intake and animal performance. Yeast also is associated with stabilizing rumen pH.

FEEDING DIRECTIONS FOR MILK REPLACER OR WHOLE MILK:

Standard Nutritional Supplement: Feed 1.5 grams per calf per day into the milk solution

Higher Need: Feed 2 grams per calf per day into the milk solution up to 10 days.

MIXING DIRECTIONS FOR LARGE BATCHES OF MILK REPLACER:

Add 5 pounds per ton of milk replacer.

MIXING DIRECTIONS FOR CALF STARTER FEEDS:

For calves up to 8 weeks old: Blend 2 lbs per ton of Calf Starter.

For calves over 8 weeks old: Blend 1 lb per ton of Calf Starter.

* Always follow feeding directions on the tag of your product. These feeding directions are for Esmilco products only. Milk replacer feeding levels are a guide only. The feeder determines the actual amount fed, depending on the calf size and condition.
